| Details: | On April 15, Nesika Beach – Ophir Water District experienced a total loss of pressure in the system that affected one third of their distribution between the north bank of the Rogue River and Edson Creek Rd, in Gold Beach, OR. The remainder of the system (approximately two-thirds) experienced reduced pressure below 25 psi. Out of an abundance of caution, the District issued a system-wide boil water advisory.

Current status: Repairs have been completed and system pressure has been restored. Chlorine residuals have been increased to 0.76 mg/L. The advisory remains in effect until lab results confirm the absence of bacterial contamination. Lab results are expected by April 19, 2026.
