| Details: | On 4/21/26 at approximately 8:30 AM, a contractor reported striking a service line during excavation, resulting in a leak. System located and isolated the line, limiting the impact to a single service connection (41940 NW Banks Rd.). A boil water advisory was issued to the affected residence. The occupant was notified in person, and a door hanger with boil water guidance was provided. Water service was restored at approximately 11:30 AM. The line was thoroughly flushed, and bacteriological samples were collected. Lifted 04/22/2026: Advisory was lifted after confirmation that collected samples were absent of coliform bacteria. |
