| Details: | 4/25/19 - WS began outage.
4/28/19 - Boil notice distributed to tenants.
5/20/19 - Inappropriately "Lifted" boil notice for all tenants.
5/23/19 - Still no consistent water.
Water apparently gets interrupted semi-annually, but never has there been a full month of intermittent water supply. Previous contact report described a "cracked" well. Pete left a vm with Steve, DRC, requesting details about the well, accurate communication with tenants, and his plans for resolution.
Lifted 06/18/2019: 6/18/2019. Follow-up with Steve: Repairs were conducted to resolve leaks which were causing the drops in pressure. A new well pump was installed, a new re-circulation pump was installed and pressure tanks were replaced as well in an effort to improve pressure and supply. The wellhead was replaced as per recommendations from previous surveys due to excessive rust. Following repairs, a sample was sent to the lab which came back negative. Water pressure has been restored to normal and has been so for a week and a half since about 6/7/2019. Operator has been informed to notify all customers of the and recommend flushing internal plumbing prior to use. |
