| Details: | Spoke to Karrin from the water system. Repairs were made to the disinfection treatment and the following morning it was discovered that the chlorine was not working correctly and the residual was 0.1. The chlorine treatment was brought back online, the tank was shock chlorinated, the system was flushed, hourly residuals were taken and a boil order was posted due to the inability to collect repeats within the 24 hr. period. Due to distance from the lab, the system is planning to collect repeat samples on 8/2/17 and drop off at their normal drop location (Ranger Station). Lifted 08/04/2017: repeat samples were negative for E.coli and coliform and a chlorine residual can be detected throughout the entire system and CT is being met. |
