| Details: | Gene notified me of a planned boil water advisory effective June 5th for 100 residential customers east of Bend while a new water main is tied into the Avion water system. The affected area is near Cessna Dr and Craven Rd. No businesses were affected. After completing repairs, samples were total coliform positive. Avion plans to continue flushing waterlines. We also discussed disinfection practices. Additional sample results will be available tomorrow to determine if the boil water advisory can be lifted. Lifted 06/11/2019: The samples collected yesterday were coliform absent. The boil water advisory has been lifted. |
