| Details: | Phone contact with Chloe regarding E-Coli Result. OHA has determined E-Coli to be confirmed as of results from 2013 and 2015. Chloe has received boil water notice template and will back date for 6/14 and will post at site on 6/17. Will contact host/contract at site regarding hand pump. Lifted 06/18/2019: Facility has confirmed that hand pump has been removed and was removed on 6/14 after original test for e-coli was confirmed by laboratory to contract facility at site. Site contractor removed hand pump from site so no water is available for use by public at this point in time. |
