| Details: | Contacted operator regarding a positive coliform sample submitted on 6-20-19. Operator then provided the information that there had been several intermittent loss of pressure events in the 11 days. A pump company has been contacted and will be at this public water system sometime next week to determine that cause of the problem. I have sent a public notice for Boil Water to her. She will be distributing this today. Lifted 06/25/2019: Received confirmation from the lab that all three of the distribution samples were absent of coliform but the trigger sample was positive for coliform. Discuss with the operator a corrective action plan. She claims that there have been no more loss of pressure events since these samples were taken. A pump company will be onsite tomorrow to connect a 2500 gallon storage tank. This is being done to prevent the loss of pressure events they experience around this time every year. I let the operator know that the pump company can help them with superchlorinating the well which needs to be completed as soon as possible. She states that she will have this done tomorrow. |
