| Details: | Bob called to notify us of a planned water main shut down to connect new distribution pipe to existing. The shut down will result in a boil water advisory for the impacted connections today between 7am and 5pm. About 25 residential and 2 commercial connections were notified by door hangers last friday 6/21. Coliform samples will be collected when the work is done prior to lifting the localized boil notice (results expected tuesday 6/25). Update 06/27/2019: Bob left a message that the boil notice was lifted Wed. 6/26 at 1pm. He also said there would be another scheduled boil notice next Mon. 7/1 impacting 3-4 houses and 2 businesses, therefore OHA will leave this advisory open until all scheduled water main work is completed. Lifted 07/02/2019: Bob reported 7/3 that the work has been completed for now and a coliform test came back good so the boil notice was lifted at 5pm on 7/2. |
