| Details: | Umpqua Ranch Coop currently does not have adequate water supply to serve their customers using the existing approved wells. They are going to use the unapproved surface water source in the North Umpqua River to serve the customers, but they do not have approved treatment to use the source, so the customers need to now boil the water. Lifted 07/19/2019: Water system has installed LT2 compliant cartridge filters and is meeting the SWTR requirements to adequately treat the surface water. The system has also had clean coliform samples since installing the treatment. Therefore the boil notice has been lifted. |
