| Details: | Received an email from Steve on Saturday stating that the nitrate filtration system is non-operational. The email had the Do Not Drink Water Public Notice attached. The expectation of the completion of this repair is 9-24-19. The operator will return to the office and contact me on 8-20-19. I have yet to receive an alert for this event. The sample may have been labeled "special". Lifted 10/10/2019: The operator sent to me recent test results for nitrate that are below the MCL. His claim that the nitrate removal treatment system is now function. This will continue to fine tune this system and submit samples as required. I have sent these test results to OHA-DWS Compliance Dept. |
