| Details: | Frank notified me on Tuesday Sept. 10th about a waterline break on Thursday, Sept. 5th in the lower part of the distribution system from the store to the northern end of the system. The break occurred around 3:30 pm. resulting in a loss of pressure to 86 customers. These customers were notified via bulk email, auto-dialed message, website and news media. Door to door notification was provided to customers at three RV parks. Frank indicated they would normally go door-to-door but staffing was limited. Repairs were completed on the same day. On Friday, September 6th the affected area was flushed followed by collecting a coliform sample. Lifted 09/07/2019: The sample collected on Friday, September 6th was coliform absent. The water supplier lifted the boil water advisory notifying customers by auto-dialed message and recommended flushing of premise plumbing. |
