| Details: | I received call from Lynn about a power outage today in the Sisters area causing his water system to lose pressure. The pump house measured 28 psi, but some upper areas may have no pressure. The water system serves 265 residential service connections. Lynn indicated it is not feasible notify customers by going door-to-door. The boil water advisory will be posted at the entrances/exits to the water system. Once power and system pressure are restored, he will collect coliform samples in the affected areas before lifting the boil water advisory. Customers will be informed to flush residential plumbing before resuming use. Lifted 09/18/2019: Lynn notified me that after power and service were restored on Tuesday, the coliform sample he collected in the affected area was absent and the boil water advisory was lifted. |
