| Details: | Fred called about an industrial customer fire system auto-activating today resulting in four residential customers at the top of Kollas Road being without pressure. He learned of the outage when high elevation pressure sensors tripped when pressure dropped below 20 psi. The customers were placed under a boil water advisory. Pressure has been restored and a coliform sample was collected and sent to lab. He will contact me with sample results to determine if the advisory can be lifted. Lifted 01/29/2020: Fred called at 3:08 p.m. to notify our office that sampling done yesterday for the pressure loss came back coliform absent. He is lifting the boil water advisory for the customers affected. |
