| Details: | Manager of McDonalds contacted NCPHD to notify of loss of pressure. Restaurant closed until water can be restored and tests show an absent on coliform test. Lifted 10/20/2017: The operator (Todd Coles) of the Three Rivers water system had well pump replaced. The system was flushed and chlorine levels were verified in the distribution. One sample was taken for verification of coliform absent water on 10-19-17, results were verified absent on 10-20-17 ~ 6PM Boil Advisory was lifted. |
