| Details: | Vicki informed me another main line ruptured last night and the system currently has no pressure. A repair company is onsite now. A public notice/boil water advisory is being hand delivered door-to-door to all 123 homes. Vicki will collect coliform samples in the distribution once the repairs are complete and contact me with the results. Update 4pm 3/31: the park had a second break today after the first one was repaired. The repair company has been called back and they hope to restore pressure within 24 hours. Update 04/02/2020: I was notified by Royal Mobile this morning that they have another line rupture. Vicki said the breaks are all occurring the previous repairs were made last December. The repair crew will be back onsite this morning to repair the line. Vicki said they have arranged for a pallet of water to be provided to the park from home depot and they are prepared to bring in portable toilets if needed. Vicki is going to keep me d on their progress. Update 04/03/2020: Line repaired, water pressure restored and samples collected on 4/2. Waiting for lab results. Update 04/07/2020: One of the two samples collected last week was positive for total coliform. The system will be collecting more samples this week. Boil water advisory still in effect. Lifted 04/10/2020: Special samples collected in the distribution on 4/8 were all negative for coliform. Boil Water Advisory lifted. |
