| Details: | Crews performed a controlled shutdown of the water to perform maintenance work. The service line to 2 homes (11830 and 11903 NW Thompson) was not shut off at the water meter per the shutdown plan resulting in a loss of water pressure.
A boil water notice was put on, the 2 impacted customers were notified, pressure was restored, lines were flushed, and a bacti sample was collected and delivered to a contracted laboratory. Results of the bacti sample are expected by 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 23rd. Lifted 04/23/2020: Lifted 04/23/2020: DWS was notified that the sample collected yesterday came back negative for TC/EC. The boil water notice is lifted for the 2 connections and no further action is needed at this time. |
