| Details: | Robert Bruce notified DWS that a contractor broke a watermain today and 8 homes on Tumble Street are out of water due to loss of positive pressure. The City has isolated the impacted area, the rest of the City is receiving adequate service pressure and are not impacted by the issue. The city has notified the affected homes and is following BMPs (fixing leak/pipe, restoring adequate service pressure, flush, verify chlorine residuals, then collect coliform sample(s)). City will notify DWS upon receipt of sample results to lift boil notice. Lifted 04/24/2020: Coliform sample results are negative and the City has lifted the localized boil water advisory. Affected customers have been notified. |
