| Details: | Spoke to OHA-DWS Compliance Department regarding the E.coli positive sample submitted on May 29th, 2020. A Boil Water Alert is necessary until confirmation that this system is no longer contaminated with E.Coli. Tier 1 Public Notice was sent to owner/operator. Instruct her to deliver these to all residents. Lifted 06/03/2020: I received confirmation that the water sample taken from room 14 on June 3 was absent of coliform and E.coli. Recommended that additional sample be submitted today or tomorrow that are representative of the entire system. |
