| Details: | Left a message for Alan H. at the system about needing to contact the state regarding use of wells. Well #2 had confirmed EC+ results 11/3/2017 and Well #1 had confirmed EC+ results 12/28/2015. Lifted 01/29/2019: The system has installed and received final approval for 4-log treatment. Update 11/03/2017: EHofeld 11-3-17 : I spoke to Alan Hoefflinger at about 6 PM on 11/3/17 and let him know that he should notify users to boil their water or use bottled water until he can speak to staff at Josephine County on Monday. I sent him the Tier 1 e-coli boil notice template and explained that both Well 1 and Well 2 had been confirmed to have e-coli in the wells (well 1 confirmed in 2015 and well 2 confirmed 11/1/17) and it is not evident that their treatment is adequate. |
