| Details: | I sent Marleaux and Jack Bellinger an email on Thursday preparing them that if the samples came back positive for Total Coliform or E. coli on Friday they would be on a boil water requirement.
Friday the results came back positive for E.coli. I sent the public notice to Marleaux and talked to her on the phone to make sure she knew to post it on the front door and the bathrooms. The restaurant was closed over the weekend. The restaurant is only during the week though.
Monday June 15. I talked to Marleaux on the phone today. Pure and Soft came on Saturday put 3 gallons of bleach in the lines from the nitrate system into the water lines. The bleach sat in the lines over the weekend. Lifted 06/24/2020: All follow up tests came back negative for E. coli and Total Coliform |
