| Details: | Jamon Ellingson reported a total loss of pressure due to a float malfunction in the storage tank. The issue has been repaired. He reported that they shock chlorinated the system. A follow up water quality sample is being submitted. A loss of pressure template was provided to the operator. Update 07/23/2020: Jamon reported that a special sample that was taken following the loss of pressure was TC+. He indicated that the school was closed and that no staff were present. The boil water notice was posted. He stated that a second round of shock chlorination was going to be conducted. Waiting for the results of follow up testing to remove the boil water notice. As of 8/3/2020 I have not heard back. I sent him a message to check in on what is occurring. Update 08/04/2020: Jamon reported that the system was shock chlorinated on 8/1/2020. They are flushing the system and getting ready to retest. He confirmed again that there are no staff using the system at this time. Lifted 08/14/2020: Follow up testing was conducted. Edge Analytical Lab reported the test result was absent for bacteria. |
