| Details: | After a customer called me to complain of a water outage, I called Vicki. She said they had to shut the system down to connect a new home and that they had informed everyone. I reminded her that anytime there is a complete loss of pressure, a boil advisory is required followed up by coliform monitoring. Vicki is going to send me a copy of the notice and will me on coliform results once they are in. Lifted 07/22/2020: Coliform sample collected on 7/21 is negative. Boil advisory lifted. |
