| Details: | I spoke with Brandon the facilities lead and Suzy Burns the operations manager. On Monday 8/10 there was a loss of pressure due to a pump failure. My office was notified on Wednesday 8/12.
A Boil Water Notice/Loss of Pressure template was sent to the operator and a Boil Water Notice Frequently Asked Questions.
The system is repaired and pressurized. Follow up test results are pending. There is a registered daycare in the facility. I have asked they be notified to use bottled water for food prep, drinking and bottle prep until we are notified of a negative coliform test result.
Lifted 08/13/2020: The follow up test was confirmed by Edge Analytical Lab to be absent for coliform bacteria. The boil water advisory has been lifted. |
