| Details: | Received verbal results from Umpqua-Table Rock Lab that all three repeat samples from the distribution tested positive for E. coli. The triggered source sample tested absent/absent. Spoke with Peg. Sent her a boil advisory notice to be distributed. The storage reservoir will be inspected for any evidence of possible pathways for contamination to enter, and it will be batch chlorinated. Follow-up samples to be collected after the chlorinated water is flushed through the distribution system. Lifted 08/28/2020: The reservoir and distribution system were batch chlorinated and flushed. Inspection of the reservoir did not reveal any obvious path for contamination. Five coliform samples collected on 8/26 all tested absent for bacteria, allowing the boil advisory to be lifted. |
