| Details: | Jeff reported that the system needed to be shut down to repair a leak. There was a total loss of pressure at the school. He reported that he was having difficulty showing chlorine residual. He indicated he had reached out to a service provider. Jeff was instructed to post a boil water notice. He indicated bottled drinking water is provided in each room. I instructed him to take a special bacterial sample once the system is operational. Lifted 10/19/2020: Follow up samples after the loss of pressure event on 9/22/20 are absent for coliform. The school is not open, only an occasional staff member has been in the building. |
