| Details: | Spoke with operator on 9/26 regarding one of the confirmation samples submitted on 9/25 from the well was positive for E.coli. He will be submitting distribution samples on Monday. We again discuss the state of the disinfection system. We have scheduled to meet onsite on 9/27. One caretaker lives at this facility and has been made aware that the water must be boiled prior to consumption. Lifted 11/04/2020: The 3 temporary routine samples submitted on 10/29 were all absent of coliform. This system is now performing 4-log disinfection. |
