| Details: | I spoke to Mr. Miller regarding the recent total coliform positive distribution samples and the repeat sample that is total coliform and e-coli positive. Mr. Miller was provided with a boil water notice and boil water notice FAQ. Mr. Miller was instructed to shock chlorinate the system and provide repeat samples once the chlorine residual is at zero. The boil water notice can be lifted once clean distribution samples are documented.
I will schedule a Level 2 investigation with Mr. Miller in the next few weeks.
Mr. Miller reported a leak in the lower end of the system. He is working with a contractor to have the leak repaired. Lifted 10/16/2020: The system was shock chlorinated. Four samples were submitted and are absent for bacteria. I have scheduled a level 2 investigation with two HOA board members for 10/23/20. |
