| Details: | I contacted the operator to let her know about the e-coli in the distribution system. She said that under the guidance of the lab, they have decided to call a voluntary boil water advisory. Follow up repeat source sampling will be taken 7/13. Lifted 01/22/2019: Spoke with Wilma Bryant on this date. She indicated that the water system is now able to maintain pressure at all times. As per the onsite manager, the pressure issues resolves on or around 8/31/18. All routine system samples since August have been coliform/e.coli absent. Update 07/17/2018: Follow up distribution sample was total coliform positive. The system is now on a confirmed boil. Source sampling was clean. Update 07/31/2018: Conducted a level 2 investigation on this date. The system is not able to maintain positive pressure at all times. The system is looking for leaks in the distribution that will reduce demand. The water system will stay on a boil until it is able to maintain positive pressure at all times. |
