Details: | A boil water advisory for Sacajawea Mobile Home Park (01375)has been initiated due to multiple residents complaining of the water system suffering a complete loss of water pressure, and continual fluctuation of water pressure. They claim it has been routinely happening over the past week. Regulator received confirmation of the complaints by the onsite maintenance person. Regulator has attempted to contact and leaving messages on the owners office phone and cell phone, and the property managers office phone. A boil water advisory letter, Tier 1 public notice, and best management practices document were mailed to the owners office address. Regulator also hand delivered 45 copies of the Tier 1 public notice and a copy of the letter to the onsite maintenance person. Update 07/18/2018: 7/18/2018: Regulator spoke with property manager and they are having Earth and Water Works look into the issue. Update 07/24/2018: 07/24/2018: Regulator spoke with the owner and Earth and Water Works is going to repair the water pressure issue as early as tomorrow, 7/25/2018. Update 09/13/2018: Spoke with the property manager and local plumbing repair company. Local plumbing repair company was able to locate a large water leak behind a mobile home in the park. The leak was repaired and the mobile home park has consistent water pressure. In order for the boil water advisory to be lifted, the water system needs to provide a minimum of three TCR water samples dispersed throughout the mobile home park Lifted 09/13/2018: Boil Water Advisory has been lifted. Four good TCR water samples were sampled on 8/28/2018. Mobile home units 19, 26, 49, and 54 were tested |
