| Details: | Jeff reported the following:
“
This morning while removing a hydrant from the Dumbeck Lane District System, field operators inadvertently shut off a main line valve to 22 customers in the Dumbeck Lane District. This valve was only shut off for a short period of time, but customers did lose pressure during this event. Because of this loss of pressure we have issued a boil water notice for the 22 customers that were affected. We have taken a biological sample of the main and will lift the boil water notice once/if the sample comes back clean. I have included a list of the address, a map, and the tag we gave or hung for each customer.”
Lifted 12/02/2020: The operator reported that follow-up testing was absent for bacteria. The advisory has been lifted. |
