| Details: | The operator reported a loss of pressure today. They have had ongoing issues that were not reported since 11/21. They have been placed on a boil advisory. The operator reported filling the storage tank from an unapproved well on a neighboring property that the church owns. They also reported a 17,000 gallon loss of water from 12/1 to 12/2.
They had a contractor repair a faulty relay switch.
There is a daycare inside the church. The were instructed to find the source of the leak, inform the daycare to go to bottled water and turn off or post the drinking fountains. The boil water advisory will remain in effect until repairs are made and follow up testing confirms the absence of bacteria. Lifted 12/07/2020: Follow up samples are absent for bacteria. |
