| Details: | On 12/22/20 the distribution system tested positive for e-coli during a routine sample. Follow up samples were submitted on 12/28/20. Repeat distribution samples are negative but the triggered source is positive for e-coli. Five confirmation samples are being submitted today. A boil water notice is being distributed. Update 01/04/2021: On 12/31/20 five source confirmation samples were submitted. Two of three samples are positive for coliform and e-coli. A level one investigation is scheduled for 1/8/21. A well evaluation request will submitted. Lifted 02/02/2021: The water system is officially on 4-log compliance monitoring. The minimum chlorine residual set at .4 ppm at the entry point. The 4-log verification worksheet was reviewed and approved by DWP technical staff. |
