| Details: | System 4-log disinfection failed at pump - system had tested e-cloi positive in distribution for repeat samples. Active boil water advisory for this system.
1/12/21 - system noted pump for chlorine is repaired and will test to confirm system is absent for bacteria and ecoli.

1/14/21 - system is taking special samples at two locations in system - one at ecoli + location / other at end of distribution. Lifted 01/15/2021: Facility has repaired/replaced chlorine pump (1/12/21) and collected water samples (1/14/21) - water samples are absent for bacteria and ecoli, with .4 and .5 cl residual noted in sample results. facility has addressed chlorine system failure and clean results are noted in distribution - boil water advisory is lifted. |
