| Details: | Bill initially was unsure as to why they got the positive sample. He is a relatively new operator. Follow up samples came back positive as well. He contacted the previous operator and OAWU for asistance. It turns out he did not know there was a springbox and he had taken the sample from a pipe from the pond. He unearthed the springbox and resampled directly from it. all samples negative. he is planning cleanup of the system.
