Details: | The source may be surface water influenced. Full viral disinfection has not been verified, and additional surface water indicator testing is in progress to determine next steps. MPAs due July 2018. Update 09/10/2024: THIS SYSTEM HAS AND WILL BE ON 4-LOG FOREVER IF THEY ARE USING THEIR WELL. THEY DRILLED A NEW WELL, BUT IT WAS LOW OUTPUT. THE SYSTEM HAS NOT HAD A POSITIVE COLIFORM NOR E. COLI SINCE 2016. THEIR 2024 SURVEY SHOWED THEY ARE ALL GOOD. Lifted 12/22/2020: Disinfection for 4-log inactivation was verified with Wayne Looney on 12/18/20 after plumbing modifications were made. Daily monitoring of chlorine residual at the entry point is required and reported monthly to the state. - M. Byrd |
