Details:	The source may be surface water influenced. Full viral disinfection has not been verified, and additional surface water indicator testing is in progress to determine next steps. MPAs due July 2018. Lifted 12/22/2020: Disinfection for 4-log inactivation was verified with Wayne Looney on 12/18/20 after plumbing modifications were made.
