| Details: | Mark called on Feb 21, to indicate that a car hit a fire hydrant, breaking a T off a main line, and causing a loss in positive pressure to approximately 6 homes. District has isolated incident to approximately 70 homes in this area, so no affected water can come back into system. Loss of pressure limited to affected area, as no calls of water outages outside the area. District calling all 70 homes on 2/21 issuing a localized boil water notice due to loss in pressure. Will follow BMPs to restore service, and consult DWS prior to lifting local boil notice. 2/22/18 - Mark called, service restored to area, area flushed, chlorine residuals up, and all 4 samples returned coliform absent today-District calling all 70 homes to lift notice.
