| Details: | Erik e-mailed me on Saturday about a loss of pressure in there water system and wanted to know if a boil water notice was needed. I said yes and refereed him the OHA DWS website for the template. Erik sent me a copy of the template and I instructed him following a clean bacteria sample the boil water notice could be lifted. A copy of the notice was sent to DMCE. Lifted 03/09/2018: System fixed the waters line issue and collected a coliform sample from the distribution in the Activity Building. The sample was absent for coliform and E.coli. |
