| Details: | One of their chemical injection pumps failed. A boil water notice was posted on this day. Posting the boil water notice is a step taken by the system out of an abundance of caution.
Update:
Test result for the routine sample collected in January, 2021 was absent of E.coli and Total Coliform contamination.
As of 04.23.21 the system remains on a boil water notice and has also posted a Tier 2 notice for exceeding the turbidity standards. Lifted 05/12/2021: The old treatment pump that caused the turbidity issues was replaced. The new treatment pump has been operating since the end of March 2021 without any issues. SWT report for April shows turbidity level back to normal. Boil water notice and Tier 2 advisory removed. |
