| Details: | Contractor broke a main water line on Minnetonka Road approx 2:30 pm Wednesday 6/9. System immediately issued boil water notice on facebook and website and by phone as possible. Line has been fixed and water back on and bacteria samples to be taken this morning. Results should be available by 6/11 a.m. Absent coliform sample needed before lifting boil notice. Discussed using additional methods of notification such as signage, sandwich boards at intersections, etc. Lifted 06/11/2021: Two special samples following line break and repair absent this morning at 9am. Called Lynn and discussed and will lift boil advisory at 9:30 am 6/11. System will call customers and post on website, facebook and neighborhood forum to flush then use water normally. |
