| Details: | A repeat coliform sample submitted 6/24/21 was positive for E.coli. All other repeats including the source was coliform present. A Boil Water Notice has been posted at this facility. Reviewed procedures for restaurants during this time period. Storage tank was cleaned and disinfected post repeat samples, yesterday. Operator to disinfect system again today. UV system to be renovated on 7/15. Discuss with operator new monthly coliform schedule. Lifted 07/20/2021: Received notification from the lab this afternoon that all the temporary routines for July are confirmed coliform absent. |
