| Details: | Monica sent me an email with the repeat sample results for the system. There was some confusion with the triggered sample and repeat samples that needed to be submitted for the TC+ samples from July 13th. Only 1 repeat sample was considered for the repeat samples and unfortunately it was positive for E.Coli in Dist-A. I sent Monica a boil water notice template and asked for the completed document for our records. Also a level 2 investigation will be conducted. Lifted 08/09/2021: Repeat samples for both distribution and at the src-aa both came back absent. After speaking with Monica Carter, their corrective actions were to flush, chlorinate and hook up the UV treatment system. The level 2 investigation will proceed on Wednesday August 18th. |
