Contact Phone: 559-639-9183

Details: 07.30.21 - I contacted Randy Burnett over the phone and instructed him to collect 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered sample. The water system is a hand pump so all four samples will be collected at the handpump well. The operator voluntarily posted a public advisory and removed the pump handle to prevent customers from drinking the water. Randy informed me that after receiving the TC and E.coli results, he treated the well with approximately 6oz of bleach. Before collecting the TG and RP samples, Randy will pump water out of the well until chlorine levels are at 0.0 mg/L. Samples will be collected on Monday. A copy of the Well Disinfection Technical Bulletin was provided.

Lifted 08/22/2022:  I received notification from Nicholas that the water system lifted the boil after August 19, 2021. Repeat samples showed absence of coliform contamination and the operator replaced the pump handle. No further actions needed.
