| Details: | I received an alert on 9/23/21 for 2 e-coli positive distribution system samples and 1 total coliform positive sample in the distribution system, all taken 9-22-21. I contacted Tillamook County who instructed them to issue a boil water advisory and collect source samples from the spring and repeat samples from the distribution system. Based on photos taken 12-30-19, the spring system appears to be a perforated pipe that extends under a marshy area with ponded water all around the pipe. There is no spring box for the system. Lifted 06/15/2022: 4Q 2021 and 1Q 2022 distribution samples were coliform-absent. |
