Details:	The system returned a positive e-coli on Thursday 10/7/2021 and a positive coliform on 10/11/2021 - the system did find that their chlorinator lost prime and has since drained the storage tank to about 3000 gallons shocked the system and has returned the chlorinator to operable condition. The system will take 2 system samples with chlorine residual on 10/12/2021. Lifted 10/26/2021: System has returned multiple negative coliform results, the system is maintaining a chlorine residual above 1 ppm.
