Details:	Operator called today, informing Environmental Health of discovered holes in the 75,000 gallon redwood reservoir. System is putting in place plans to repair as soon as possible. Precautionary boil water notice enacted until repairs can be made. Preliminary testing preformed, no bacteria was detected as of 10-26-2021.
