| Details: | Received nitrate result of 12 mg/l collected on 11/8/21 from well #2. Left a voice message on the resorts phone. Emailed Doug a copy of the nitrate public notice and lab reports. Also mailed hard copies of the notice for posting. Note this well serves only the laundry building, a couple cabins, and the RV spaces on the east side of the property. The restaurant is supplied by a different well that tested safe. Advised that a confirmation nitrate sample be collected. Lifted 12/02/2021: Received result of nitrate confirmation sample collected on 11/23/21. The result was 7.35 mg/l. The average of the two samples was 9.725 mg/l, which is under the MCL and allows the notice to be lifted. System to begin quarterly monitoring for nitrate. |
