Details:	Intake plugged this past weekend as a result of the atmospheric river. Complete water loss for customers. David got it unplugged and flowing again Sunday afternoon, and took coliform samples. Boil advisory went out Sunday to all customers. Results should arrive Tuesday morning, when the advisory can be considered to be lifted. Lifted 11/17/2021: clean samples
