| Details: | A mechanical malfunction in the compressor system resulted in draining the storage tank leading to a loss of pressure for the water system. Residents are expected to be notified in person today (12-14-21) to not drink the water until test results show an absence of coliform bacteria. Sampling and the timing of subsequent notifications and ability to drink the water will depend upon how long it takes to re-pressurize, flush, and test the system. Lifted 12/17/2021: The system was re-pressurized and flushed and 5 coliform samples came back clean, therefore, the boil notice was lifted. |
