| Details: | 12.16.2021-Steve emailed me reporting that he posted a precautionary boil water notice on 12.14.2021 due high turbidity. Raw water turbidity was close to 10 NTU and treated water turbidity was above 0.3 NTU. Steve believes the highest turbidity reading was at 1.3 NTU. The incident lasted over 24 hours. On 12.16.21,treated water turbidity dropped to 0.3 NTU. The system will clean and flush the tanks before removing the boil notice. Chlorine levels were at 1.3 mg/L through the high turbidity incident. I advised Steve to collect a coliform sample after flushing the tanks. Lifted 02/07/2022: The operator reported that the system has addressed the problem causing high turbidity and turbidity levels have been within the required levels. |
