Details: | Cedar Tree MHP had two pressure loss moments, 12/30 and 12/31. According to a maintenance person it appeared to be due to a plugged up meter that was throwing off the pump and water tower quantity refilling levels. The system has been placed on a Boil Water Notice, and a boil water notice template was submitted via the contacts email to fill out and submit to all users of the water. A "special" distribution total coliform water sample is required and once the results come back negative, then the boil water notice may be lifted. Update 01/05/2022: A contact for the water system told me that the systems faulty water meter has been replaced with a new water meter that seemed to resolve the apparent water pressure issues in distribution for the time being. Lifted 01/13/2022: I called and spoke with a rep from Alexin Analytical Lab who told me the special sample results for Cedar Tree MHP came back negative for total coliform. As of 1/13/2022, the Boil Water Notice has now been lifted. |
